Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
23(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                                                               
rescinding previous action in adopting the Finance Committee                                                                    
substitute.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
House rescind previous action in adopting CSHB 23(FIN) (page 941).

motion to adopt CSHB 23(FIN) be withdrawn.  There being no

Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that 2d                                                                 
CSHB 23(RLS) be adopted in lieu of the original bill.  There being no

    "An Act creating the Knik Crossing Development Corporation as                                                               
    a subsidiary corporation of the Alaska Housing Finance                                                                      
    Corporation and relating to bonds of the Knik Crossing
